How It Works

Every Wednesday. Alternating between coffee mornings and sports evenings.

Coffee Mornings

About an hour and a half. Quick introductions, then a conversation starter to kick things off. Light structure - really just an excuse to have real conversations with people who get it.

Sports Evenings

Same vibe, different energy. Pickleball, spike ball, badminton - whatever we decide on. Stay for 30 minutes or 2 hours.

Our Story

Hayley and Bryce, founders of Founders in Motion

We're Hayley and Bryce. Hayley runs a photography company, Bryce builds software. We created this group because we couldn't find it in Victoria.

We've spent years traveling - Australia, Thailand, Spain, Germany, and more. Everywhere we went, we found incredible entrepreneurship communities. People building things. People who connected deeply, quickly, and genuinely.

When we got home, we looked for that same energy. What we found were networking events that felt transactional or were missing something.

So we decided to build what we'd been searching for.
