Our Mission

To create the community we've been searching for, which has yet to exist in Victoria. We have the long-term friendships, the busy businesses, full lives - but we still crave something more.

We stopped waiting for it to exist, and we created it.

This isn't an awkward networking group. It's not a self-improvement therapy session. It's a community for people who are creating something and want to be surrounded by others doing the same.

What to Expect

We meet every Wednesday, alternating between coffee in the mornings and sports in the evenings.

Coffee Mornings

Run about an hour and a half. You'll get a quick introduction to the group, then we'll kick things off with a conversation starter. The structure is light; it's really just an excuse to have real conversations with people who get it.

Sports Evenings

Same vibe, different energy. Pickleball, spike ball, badminton - whatever we decide on. Whether you can only make it for 30 minutes, or you end up staying 2 hours later, we'd love to have you.

The goal is connection.

Our Story

We're Hayley and Bryce. Hayley's been the owner of a 6-figure photography company for over 5 years, and Bryce built a 6-figure software business within his first 6 months of graduating university. We built this group because we couldn't find it in Victoria.

We've spent years living abroad or traveling in Australia, Thailand, the Philippines, Spain, Germany, Greece, Vietnam, Laos, the UK, and much more. And everywhere we went, we found the same thing: incredible entrepreneurship communities. People building things. People with big dreams. People who actually connected deeply, quickly, and genuinely.

When we got home from our last trip away in February 2026, we looked for that same energy. What we found instead were networking events that felt transactional or like they were missing something.

So we decided to build what we'd been searching for.

This isn't a networking group in suits. It's not a business mastermind. It's a community for people who want to build something - a business, an out of the ordinary life - and want to do it surrounded by people who can relate.
